The cut

Your outline becomes the edge.

That is the whole difference. No square around your design, no background. The blade follows your artwork.

How it works

Three steps.

01

PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. A transparent background gives the cleanest cut.

02

Customize your sticker

Set the size, border, finish and quantity. Larger runs lower the price per sticker.

03

Questions.

What are die-cut stickers?
A die-cut sticker is cut along the contour of your artwork instead of being trimmed into a square around it. Upload a design shaped like a mountain and you get a mountain, not a rectangle with a mountain printed on it.
What is the difference between die-cut stickers and sticker sheets?
A die-cut sticker is cut all the way through to its own outline, so each one arrives as a separate, fully cut sticker. A kiss-cut sticker is cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so it stays on a square backing card. A sticker sheet holds several designs on one shared backing. Die cut is the one that gives you the silhouette of your artwork with no square edge around it.
Can I choose any shape?
Yes. With die cut, the shape is your artwork's own contour, so whatever outline you can draw, we can cut. Very thin strokes and isolated details can be fragile once cut, and adding a white border is the usual fix. If you would rather keep the whole design inside a clean geometric shape, the builder also offers circle, square and rectangle.
Do I need a white border?
No, it is optional. A border is a white keyline just outside your artwork's contour. It helps a busy design read against a dark surface and adds a little material around delicate edges. Leave it off for a true edge-to-edge cut. You can compare none, thin, standard and thick in the builder before you order.
What sizes can I order?
Anywhere from 0.5 to 10.5 inches on either side. Pick a preset or enter your own width and height. An irregular die cut is measured across its widest points.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. Your artwork is printed on premium USA vinyl and laminated, so the finished sticker is waterproof, UV resistant, dishwasher safe and outdoor rated. They hold up on bottles, laptops, coolers and car windows.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, up to 20 MB. The cut follows the edge of your artwork, so a transparent PNG or a vector file gives the cleanest result.
What is the minimum order?
Ten stickers. There is no maximum in practice, and the price per sticker drops as the quantity goes up.
How fast will I get my order?
Once you approve your proof, orders are printed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our Sacramento, California lab.
Can businesses order custom die-cut stickers?
Yes. Die-cut stickers are widely used for packaging seals, storefront glass, events and giveaways, and you can save a design and reorder the same cut later. The minimum order is 10 stickers, and because pricing is volume-based, a larger run lowers the price per sticker.
