The short version
We only collect the information we need to process your order, deliver your stickers, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and the artwork you upload. Payment is handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card details on our servers.
We also collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working well and improve the experience.
How we use it
We use your information to produce and ship your order, send order and proof updates, respond to support requests, and, if you opt in, share occasional news about Stickr Lab. Your uploaded artwork is used only to produce your order.
Sharing with others
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and only as needed to complete your order. We may also share information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
