1 Production time

Every order is made to order. Once your artwork is confirmed, we print, cut, and pack your stickers within 1-2 business days before they ship.

Large or high-volume orders may take a little longer. If that's the case, we'll reach out with a timeline.

2 Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
• Tracking is emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships.
• Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location, typically a few business days.
• Need it faster? Contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can do on expedited options.

3 Custom orders & returns

Because every sticker is custom-made to your exact artwork, shape, and size, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders once they've been produced. This is standard for made-to-order printing.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a problem, we'll make it right.

4 Damaged, defective, or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll reprint or refund the affected items, no hassle.

• Printing defects or material flaws
• Wrong size, shape, finish, or quantity from what was ordered
• Items damaged in transit

5 Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible. We can usually adjust or cancel an order before it enters production. Once printing has started, we're unable to make changes.
