Shipping policy
How we process, ship, and deliver orders from The Stickr Lab.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed. Production time may vary depending on order size, artwork readiness, and current production volume.
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Most standard orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete. Shipping carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control may affect final delivery time.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. The Stickr Lab is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first. You can also reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any upgraded shipping option applies to transit time only and does not shorten production time unless specifically noted.
