Refund policy

Clear expectations for custom orders, defects, and support.

All products are custom-made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • incorrect sizes, quantities, or options selected by the customer
  • low-quality, blurry, or improperly prepared artwork provided by the customer
  • design expectations that were not clearly communicated before printing
  • minor color variation caused by screen differences

If there is an issue caused by us, such as a production defect, print error, or damaged order, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer a reprint or replacement at our discretion.
